The C.TUK brand is operated by the company DAVID DOMINGOS, UNIPESSOAL LDA, based in Lisbon, and its main activity is the provision of urban sightseeing tours with light motorized vehicles, namely 100% electric Tuk Tuks.
2. Services provided
C.Tuk provides urban tourist transportation services in Lisbon, with different routes and durations, as described on the website. The tours are conducted by drivers/guides who are fluent in several languages and follow predefined itineraries, which can be customized according to availability and budget.
3. Bookings
Bookings should preferably be made using the online booking form available on the official website. The reservation is only considered valid after confirmation by C.Tuk and, where applicable, upon advance payment.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours may not be refunded.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen situations, C.TUK reserves the right to change or cancel the tour and undertakes to reschedule or reimburse the client.
5. Conditions of participation
- Participation in the tours is subject to the availability of vehicles and drivers.
- C.Tuk reserves the right to refuse to provide the service in the event of inappropriate behavior or lack of safety conditions.
- Minors must be accompanied by responsible adults.
6. Responsibility
C.Tuk ensures that its vehicles are legally compliant and in the required safety conditions.
However, it is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during tours.
7. Intellectual property
All the contents of the site, including texts, images, videos, logos and promotional materials, are the property of C.Tuk and are protected by copyright. Their total or partial reproduction without authorization is expressly prohibited.
