1. How long does each tour last?

Each C.TUK tour lasts between 1h30 and 2h30 on average, but we are always happy to adapt the experience to the time you have available. If you can only take a shorter tour, we have "Express Tour" versions lasting around 1 hour - perfect for getting a feel for the essence of the city in a short space of time (except for the Belém Tour, which requires more time due to the distance and stops).

For those who want to explore Lisbon in more depth, we also offer the Half Day Tour, lasting around 4 hours, ideal for combining the three main tours: Old Town, Bohemia and Belém.
And if you also want to include the Street Art Tour, we recommend booking 6 hours to enjoy everything calmly and comfortably.

Whatever time you have available, we always have an option to suit you - talk to us and we'll customize the tour for you!

2. Where do the tours depart from?

All our tours start and end at the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa, right in the heart of the city. It's easy to find and the perfect starting point for an unforgettable adventure!

3. Is it possible to book for more than one person?

Of course! We have Tuk Tuks for 4 and 6 people comfortably. If you have a larger group, we can organize everything so that you can travel together in several Tuk Tuks.

4. Are Tuk Tuks adapted for children or people with reduced mobility?

We welcome everyone with the utmost care. Our Tuk Tuks have easy access, and we help with everything needed to ensure that the experience is safe and comfortable for everyone, but we don't recommend people with back problems, wheelchair users and babies under 3
For specific cases, just let us know at the time of booking.

5. Is the tour guided? In which languages?

Yes, our guides are passionate about Lisbon and conduct each tour with great friendliness and knowledge. We speak Portuguese, Spanish, English, French and Italian - choose the language you prefer!

6. Is payment made online or on the spot?

You can prepay securely when you book online. This way, you can secure your place and save time on the day of the tour!

7. What if it rains on the day of the tour?

If St. Peter plays a trick, don't worry. Our TukTuks have rain covers, but if you prefer, there's always the possibility of rescheduling. We want your experience to be memorable - and preferably spent in the sun!

8. Can we customize the script?

Our tours are designed to show you the best of Lisbon. But if you have any special requests, talk to us! Whenever possible, we adapt the route to make the tour even more special.

9. Are C.Tuk Tuks electric? What's the difference?

Yes, all our Tuk Tuks are 100% electric! That means they have zero emissions, are quiet and environmentally friendly - a more conscious choice for discovering Lisbon in comfort and with respect for the city.

10. How do I cancel or change a reservation?

Just contact us by WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours in advance. We make it easy for you to change or cancel without any hassle.
